动过车冷却系统的说说，换下来的coolant怎么处理？

车的节温器(thermostat)似乎出问题了，表现在温度指示上升慢，稳定后停在比以前低的温度。油耗比以前多了点，但现在天冷，多耗点也算正常。主要体现在温度上，车里加热也慢得很。这个周末如果天不冷的话准备换了它，放coolant是不可避免的，据说是个挺毒的东东，不能乱倒，哪里回收呢？
