判断车速，请旁忙

我有个朋友过马路被左转的sedan撞了。撞倒hood上了，又掉下来了。他想知道当时那辆车的速度可能会是多少。我想如果车速慢的话，他应该不会滚到hood上的。不知道各位爱的朋友能不能估计一下那车速可能有多少？谢谢
