换轮胎一定要用Torque Wrench吗？

请问换轮胎一定要用Torque Wrench吗？

我检查了一下刹车片， 把轮胎卸下又装上， 没有用Torque Wrench。后来看了书有Torque force数据。 把轮胎再装上一定要用Torque Wrench吗？
