Sienna 2004 2nd handed car from 2nd owner!

Hi, not sure if my post is OK as it seems VIN check is moved from WXC. Give it a try here still.

Could somebody check this mini-van for me? VIN: 5TDZA29C14S062846. This is a minivan from a Lebanese whose wife had an accident with it and he rebuilt the front bumper and radiator. Nothing else looks fine.
2004 Sienna
89600Km,
re-painted whole body,
He asked for $12000CND.
Need some idea about this. Thanks a lot!
