VW got 3 out of 5 stars in Quality Rating, which highlights initial quality and feature functionality of new vehicles. This is about average.

In Dependability Rating, VW got only 2 stars. This measures problems experienced by original owners of 3-year-old vehicles. 2 of 5 is among the worst.

You will get same result from other resources.
