Benz C300 Sport or BMW 328I? BMW X5 or Benz ML350?

Hi All:

Happy Niu Year! Can anyone give some advice on which car is safer? Small car or SUV? If small car is safer, which one is better, Benz C300 Sport or BMW 328I? If SUV is safer, which one is better, BMW X5 or Benz ML350?

I read some article about buying new cars a couple weeks ago, but could not find it now. If you know where it is, could you send me a link?

Greatly appreciate your help!
