我从他人手里买了一辆车，觉的是很好的DEAL ，付完钱以后，去DMV 注册，

还要我交很高的税。我当时傻了，我以为车的价钱包裹所有的费用。 加上这税钱，我决不可能买这价钱。我问DMV 的人，她们说如果我不高兴，就应该不要 transfer 。我现在怎么办?
