Isn't that under warranty?

It it is now under warranty, I would take it to a machenic I that TRUST and pay whatever he charges( $440-$660), because a nice repair job is worth a lot more than $200. I checked online, there are many screwed up timing belt/water pump jobs that cost owners a lot money/headach down the road.
