求救!!!

昨天换轮胎的时候汽车忘了拉手刹，也忘记了掂块儿砖， 直接换到停车档上用千斤顶支了起来。 车是BenzC230, 后驱动。 去轮胎的时候车向后挪动了一下，千斤顶歪了， 膨的一声汽车向下坠了一下， 还好轮胎还没有完全的卸下来， 紧急性的支撑了一下。 吓得我一头冷汗！敬告各位朋友， 不管是有多急，都要找块儿砖垫上， 免得以外发生。 等什么都换上完了， 问题也就来了。
开车的时候后轮的地方总是听到金属片磨擦的声音， 不是连续性的，而是有规律的间接性的，而且速度越快声音越响， 不敢开着上路，害怕小毛病弄成大问题了。 现在小弟很着急， 不知道改怎么办， 也不知道是不是换胎时汽车顿的一下造成了。 请教一下高人可能是啥问题造成的？ 还能不能开着上路。
