I know lots of Chineses have no sense of driving

pleasure at all. To them car is just a tool to move from point A to B. I am not blaming them. But I am sick of cheap people ONLY wants to save money, regardless safety. Let's say you saved some money but when you are finally ready to spend those money ( I doublt they will, anyway), you are dead. What is the point of this saving money?
