? 请教一个用保险修车的问题

请教一个用保险修车的问题

遭遇自然灾害。已经找了Body Shop 和保险公司。Body Shop 估 $3,800， 保险公司来人估$5,400。下面该干什么？告诉 Cliam Representative 这个情况，还是怎么着？

车 loan 还没还完。在这种情况下保险公司会把支票给谁？我，贷款银行，还是车铺？

我反正要出 deductable，多出去的费用不是我出，所以修车结果最重要。如果因为车铺用不了保险公司给的钱而能给我些“补偿”当然更好。请高手支着了！
