It's understandable that those dealers do not want to give you a OTD price through Email. They could not be sure how much you really wanna do business with them. You gotta go to the dealership and talk around, then maybe bargain with email or over phone will work.

I'm in TX too. definitely believe a basic model of that car could be reachable within 20k OTD. Actually I got a 08 nissan Altima 2.5S (MSRP about 21k, 23k after everything) which is about the same level with your model, for 19k OTD, of course after very long time bargain.

The auto market is pretty much going down. It is them who need to worry about it, not you. so feel good to bargain. good luck.
