翻来覆去考虑的头都要爆炸了-到底买那辆车好？

各位好心人请指教：

我早就想卖掉旧的烤肉啦，换一辆车。因为烤肉拉有2大致命缺点：不安全，在高速上很飘；风噪很大。
预算1万2左右，不考虑日车。没法贷款买车，因为我没有信用历史。
打算买Hertz一年新的房车。要求条件如下：
1。不能太小，不能太大。淘汰了：Ford Focus and Taurus.
2. 安全性能好，在高速上要稳重，不能飘忽。
3. 一定要安静，风噪要小。
4. 油耗不能太高,淘汰了Saturn Aura.
5. 最好要有ABS 和侧边气囊。

淘汰了很多车，最后锁定4辆车。
Hundai Elentra: 税前12，995刀。优点是：安静，有ABS 和侧边气囊。 但只比我的烤肉拉重300磅，不知在高速上会不会飘？
Chevy Cobalt: 税前9，995刀。优点：安静，便宜，高速上稳重。缺点：没有ABS 和侧边气囊。
Chevy Malibu:：税前10，995刀。优点：安静，便宜，高速上稳重，有侧边气囊。缺点：没有ABS。
Hundai Sonata: 税前13，995刀。5 各优点都满足，但就是贵了些，而且库存已卖完了。
Pontiac G6 GT: 12,995-13,995. 其他四个优点都满足,就是不够安静,而且也不便宜.

我在弯曲,从不下雪,有时下雨.我的问题时, ABS到底有多大作用?对于弯曲的气候,是不是有无ABS都一样?.若这样,我就买Malibu算了.
