$38000 BMW能买吗?请高手进来.

前面说过要去帮LP买车。这两周见了几个dealer.大致汇报一下，并请高手给个建议：1：BMW X3， $38000. 包括：cold weather package and premium package 5seats; 4 years 50000 mile warranty. 免费维护和换油（4年）
2。VOLVE XC90， 7 seats. 配置基本同上，$37980.
LP 喜欢BMW， 不知道，这个价格可以接受吗，还是有讲的余地？谢了先。
