请问这是燃油泵(FUEL PUMP)的问题吗?

97年4缸CAMRY, 行进中发动机突然停止运转, 然后再也发动不起来. 电池和STARTER没问题. 点火开关打在ON时听不到燃油泵运转, 但此时若量燃油泵的电线有电压输出. 点火开关关掉时电压消失. 继电器和保险丝都量了没有问题. 可以确定是燃油泵的问题吗?
