修brake system真的那么贵？

我的toyota corolla最近踩煞车可以听见右后轮有金属摩擦的吱吱声，去车行一诊断，说是前后车闸brake system都要修了，front brake磨损到1 mm，rear brake磨损到0 (磨到金属了)，要换的东西包括brake drums, brake rotors, brake shoes, pads等，再加上labor，要将近900刀，很吃惊，去了两家车行，开价都差不多。

自我感觉我的车brake还很灵，就是踩煞车有吱嘎声，真的需要换前后煞车的那么多parts吗？能否只换一下煞车垫(pads)？多谢。
