Look, my naive friend, car companies might care to appeal to a larger portion of the general public for the sake of boosting sales, but the majority of the general public is stupid and unattractive and doesn't have good taste in fine automobiles. Incidentally, you, as a random person whom I encounter on the net, has a high ex-ante probability of belonging to the majority; and the Bayesian ex-post of reading your posts definitely classifies you as such.
If you want to attract women, do yourself a favor and attract the 5%. Where in the USA can you find the biggest concentration of hotties and what cars do you see the most at those places? Sure you see an occasional Prius that makes an anti-snobbish statement, but the attractiveness of the owner is backed by the Porsches, Ferraris and Lamborghinis that precede said Prius in his garage, not the latest disposable toy.
