右前车轮框特别烫,求教!

今天早上送完儿子去DAYCARE回家,突然觉得车加速不敞.而且闻到有烤肉味.停车发现右前轮刹部位有点烟.用水泼上去即刻蒸发.原来是特别的烫.

平常刹车有噪音.不知道是不是刹车太紧了. 如何调?原来这边的探头坏过,不知道是有关.
