换档时 发动机前翘或后翘

最近帮朋友看了一辆车，发现一个有意思的现象。

1999，自动档，2.5L 6 cylinder engine, chrysler sebring JXI convertible.

踩住刹车，保持车静止。当把档从N换到D是，发动机向后翘起一点。当把档从N换到R是发动机向前翘起一点。 各位大侠的车也是这样么？ 正常么？

另外，转向时，嗡嗡的响，power steering problem.这种问题严重么？ did not see any leak from steering pump. Sometimes, it sounds louder, like when it makes a sharp turns, but most time it just sounds like a noise fly around your ears.

除此之外，发动机，变速器都非常好。

seller asking $2500~$3000. 请大家评估一下。
