It seems that there is either a circuit short problem, alternator problem, or computer problem. Check the current flow out of the battery when the car is complete off with NO electrical appliance on. It should be less than 50 mA. If higher than that, you need to disconnect each fuse one at a time, and do the current measurement, to locate where the problem is. If the current is less than 50 mA, then do an alternator/regulator check. If all other problem excluded, then the computer should be checked.
