先在罚单上选"Plea Not Guilty"

再写个申诉信，将实际情况讲讲，然后将罚单（记得复印留底）和信寄给有关部门．他们到时候会给你回信，告诉你罚款多少．一般是50-75%左右．

要是你觉得不服，可以再接着申诉，他们可能还给你减一些．

不过，想全免可能不太现实．

我就这么做过．
