请教大家: 对方保险应理赔多少给我: 高速被追尾, 我的腰部受伤

数月前, 我的新车被高速追尾, 车子全毁, 我当时胳膊撞青肿, 手腕扭伤, 脖子扭伤, 腰部重冲击后两天出现如下症状:　不能弯腰，或弯腰后起不来，只能睡在地板上，　后来老公做了一个硬板床给我．物理治疗３个月有一半的该善，　后来医生让我用ＮＭＲ深度检查，　结果是腰颈扭伤．

如上情况，　我应索赔多少为合理？

车祸后的第二天，　对方保险说给我＄１０００　赔偿我的伤痛，　并ＣＯＶＥＲ　我的所有看病的ＣＯＰＡＹ．
