Digging holes on ceiling is easy b/c you dig holes on the dry wall. There is the frame come with speaker and you just buy a special knife to cut on the ceiling with the frame.
We are familiar with the stucture of the house becase we watched the process of the constuction.Unlike my father, My hu*****and is not handy at all . We would hire someone to do this task if my father did not make this DIY suggestion. By the way, my hubby was my father's student in college.
