ABS calculated based on specified tire size. Therefore, change in tire size will lead to different behavior, and it could be dangerous.
I do not know which one is bigger or which one is smaller. But if you use smaller tire, you may save gas but jepodize your life simply due to not enough friction while braking with smaller touching area.
