Honda is different from Toyota. To replace the water pump, you'll have to drop the engine to gain work space, beside the alternator and power steering pump. The water pump is not driven by motor, but by belt, for honda, it is driven by timing belt. For the pictures above, the timing chain is inside the engine so you can't see it.
