方向盘后的我该咋办？

处于种种先天后天的原因，我有一个问题，而且可能是致命的问题：
坐在方向盘后有时就变了一个人，控制不了，road rage, reckless driving.

现在有老婆孩子了，但是还是改不掉。因为这个问题 老婆说离婚好几次了，一次比一次严重。

甚至老婆孩子都在车里我有时像魔鬼附体，她吓哭过好几次。 我回想起来十分害怕，全家人的命在我的手里但是我失去理智。

怎样才能控制住自己呢？这个问题对绝大多数人不存在，但是有过这种问题的人 能不能讲一讲， 我该咋办？

我脸皮很厚，怎么骂都不过分，但是希望听到有效建议。谢谢。
