Did you talk to the HONDA North America? My experience indicated that CORP people are easier to talk to. They care for the overall image of the brand rather than a loss/profit of a dealership.

Warranty repair need warranty department approval in order to get paid. Dealer does not want to risk doing free jobs to satisfy you. Plus, negotiation is all about way you talk and keep other party on the table. Yield at them is not the way it works. (I guess somehow you used strong language that offended people. Put yourself in their shoes, you only talk to him about your problems. He has to talk to tones of people everyday about everybody's problems.)

Never say you never buy Honda again. If you are not going to buy HONDA again, there will be no reason to service you. Instead tell them you like HONDA and you need a reason to buy a new HONDA in the future. Guess what that is diplomacy.

It is just annoy, useless, powerless and childish.
