请问honda accord的维护

我的车三年多了，开了40k miles,除了机油，其他东西都没有换过。
manual上说：
replace brake fluid: every 3 years
replace transmission fluid: every 3 years
replace air cleaner element: every 15k miles
replace dust and pollen filter: every 30k miles

我是不是该换这些东西了？我自己从来没有check过engine oil, transmission/brake fluid. 这些容易吗？
