请教大虾们,关于转速和发动机的寿命?

过节跟朋友聊天,谈到我的开车习惯:起步3000rpm,高速超车时一脚下去就5000rpm.
朋友告诫说这样很伤发动机,影响发动机寿命.吓得咱再踩油门脚都哆嗦,几脚下去都碰不到油门.
请问喜欢飙车的朋友特别时CC兄,你们认为她说的对吗?这样是很伤发动机吗?
