Ask the dealer to give you an "Out the Door" price which means the price will include everything - tag, sales taxes, registration,etc.. And this price will be your total costs out of your pocket. The advantage of doing this is that basically you eliminate any potential hidden costs (dealer's tricks) in the future
Try press them by saying "how about an out the door price of $xx,xxx (insert the price here, say $16,750)."
