求助！莫名其妙的ticket

星期日路过dallas,被警车跟踪得了一张ticket.说我换道太快，差点与旁边的警车相撞.但换时我看过旁边和后面，没有车才换的.＂Unsafe lane change...".　＄１９５

我今年已经有过一张ticket了，请问大家应该怎么办？是"not guilty"出庭，还是请律师？Dallas和我住的地方有５０mile, 有没有Ｄallas当地好的律师推荐？谢谢了！
