eBay 上买车，危险吗？

没有其他的纪录。可是有一点，为什么在title上是 Florida Motor Vehicle Dept 然后是 Dublin, OH? 有疑点么？是不是lease的车子都注册为商用车？这个都柏林，俄亥俄，是不是financing company呢？
