How much for changing a timing belt?

I want to buy a toyota corolla car made in 1996,Basic type, automatic, and the mileage is 68000 miles. Each condition is good but the timing belt need changed. The price of car is $3500. Is this price reasonable? Who knows how much for changing a timing belt?
