求助 标志405 不能启动

本人乃开车新手
有91年出厂的标志405老爷车一辆
上周开出车库上坡时，发动机死火
从此再也点不着
点火时只发出 “嗒嗒嗒”的声音
似乎是电火花的声音？
询问以前的车主，被告知可能是启动次数过多造成油路淹没？
等几天油渗走了就好了
如今等了快一周了，还是不行
不知各位高人有何高见？
