两月内, COOLEN由FULL到LOW, HELP!

I bought a brand new toyota camry 2005 last Jan. Two month ago, I went toyota local dealor to change oil. Befor changing oil, I checked the Coolen was full. Today the coolen is low, and I can see some dry pink coolen around the cap. My milage is about 12k miles.

Is the coolen leaking? Appreciate for any ideas!
