求教：引擎噪音问题

通常在启动车后的5分钟内，无论是倒退还是前进都出现明显的引擎噪音，若继续驾驶，该噪音就慢慢消失，并且，在停车几小时再次发动又会出现该噪音。换过转动的皮带，但情况没改善。请高手指点迷津，谢谢。
