请教一个问题, 车的body一旦生了锈就没办法补漆了么?

为什么 "如果车身经过碰撞，车身钢板折皱，漆面层就容易被破坏，钢板外露，易生锈，必须马上修复、补漆。"

一旦生了锈就没办法补漆了么?
