车发动不起来了，各位懂行的出出主意吧，谢谢

前天突然就启动不了了，当时仪表盘灯微弱亮着，大灯已经不亮了，以为是电池的事。因为下雨，等到今天找人帮忙jump，但是只能听到发动机有气无力地哼哼着就是起不来。
不接别人jump cable的时候，车里所有用电器件都失效，现在连仪表盘都不亮了。
车是97 Taurus
各位有知道的给提点建议把，应该怎么找出有毛病的东方。
