timing belt replacement

I checked the maintenance schedule of my car (2000 toyota) and the booklet says that for 72 months or 80K miles, timing belt should be replaced. My question is there is only 36 miles on my car (the distance between office and home is very short). Should I ask the dealer to replace the timing belt anyway?
