BMW 325 XI and 330 XI

I am interesting to buy a brand BMW for my wife and drive to work for ten to twenty miles a day. Once for a while, she may drive with my two little kids too. I am pretty much decided to buy either 325 XI or 330 XI. I have some questions which I don’t know for sure.

What is the big difference between 325 XI and 330 XI except the price?
What is the major difference between all-wheel drive and rear wheel drive?
Why starting MSRP is a couple of thousand dollars more that invoice price.
Which price should I bargain against, MSRP or invoice?
How much percentage could I offer the price lower than the dealer asks for?
I bought a brand new BMW X5 last September from the same dealer. Does it help me to bargain with the dealer and get a new 325 XI and 330 XI with an even lower price?
My wife loves red, silver and black. Which color do you love and why?

Sexy and safety is always my first priority to buy a car. I will greatly appreciate your inputs.
