Is this deal reasonable for a new car?Many thanks.

Hi, dear all,

Just talked to a dealer of Toyota in our area. He gave us a deal as follows:
1. 2006 Toyota LE
2. The price for the car is $16,000 with warranty.
If they are going to take care of tax and registration, the price is $17,000.
3. Payment: 3 years, APR is 3.9%,
5 years, APR is 4.9%.
