鳄鱼爬得快 is right to test, but you shouldn't monitor the water. Instead you should listen to sound of the motor. If you find the way to turn on the motor and you do have water in the tank, then you should follow the tubings to see where the water is blocked or leaked (the tubing could be semi-transparent, if not, you can open connecting joints and see). If the blockage is at the opening (likely), you can use a needle to open it.
