From the dealer, the MSRP for the new 2006 Passat 2.0T is $27,400. Not much incentive now since its new model.
I've test drove it, feels great, the 2.0T engine generates 200HP and you dont feel the lag once Turbo kicks in.

Comparing to Jetta 2005, only $3000 difference on package 1 between Passat & Jetta, I would definitely opt to Passat.
