According to the way you ask questions, it seems you do not know a lot of car. There are too many reasons that could cause low idle, without seeing the car it is very difficulty to diagnost even for a skilled professional. So I advice you get the car checked at a repair shop, it may only cost you $40 if you do not fix there.

If I can figure out what is wrong only based on what you provided, I would be a genious.
