You can't sue her since she has insurance coverage. You can only sue state farm and when state farm face you in court she will serve as a witness and she will be paid about $50 per hour for her appearance on the court.

My friend had collision with a girl in a parking lot. His insurance refused to pay her and she threatened to sue my friend. At first he was worried but our American explained how the system worked. He just told her to stop bothering him and only talk to his insurance.
