r12能不能/怎么换成r134?

我的车子现在是r12空调系统。里面氟利昂应该没有多少了。劳驾问一下那位dx知道我是不是可以自己把r12放掉然后换成r134?如果可以，应该怎么做？我之前试过，用walmart买的那种带adaptor的气压表，没有加r134的时候，气压很低60。不知道是不是什么地方堵住了？还是在没有清空r12之前不可以加r134?多谢了。bow.
