HELP! NISSAN SENTRA 94

I asked CAA towed my car to an autoshop nearby, after $80 diagnosis, the guy told me i need to change:
1. DIST CAP $39.51
2. DIST ROTOR $15.14
3. IGNITION WIRES $77.36
4. LABOR $70
5.(OPTIONAL) OIL CHANGE $34.95 (HE SAID TOO MUCH GASOLINE IN THE OIL SINCE I TRIED TO START IT TOO MANY TIMES)
6. 15% TAX

Can anyone give me an idea? I am in Canada. thanks a lot
