tpg 问题请教

我的 tpg can not 上网了。
早上还是好好的，今天出去玩了一天， 回路由器就只有
三个灯亮。 一般四个灯亮。

重起了一下 路由器。 还是不行。
我就以为是tpg 的问题， 给他门大了电话
人家说是我连接的问题。

我打开 contral panel ， 发现 my pc can connect my username but my username can not connet internet.
但是 in internet staus 有接受 也有发送， 还很快的。
但是就是没有网络。


我重新装路由器， 装到最后一步，
出了一行字， 说 entered wrong user informations. pls change it
所以 重新装 也失败了。
现 在还是上不去网。

有谁有经验 知道是什么问题吗

是不是路由器坏了， 还是房客给我改了什么东西？
