这是什么市道

经济衰退时，满街是卖房for sale，经济强劲时又都是auction满街挂，可现在。。。。。

一直以来，邻居卖房时我总要趁open for inspection时去偷窥一下。据说许多西人卖房前总会请专业人员打扮一番，甚至租用家俱，花盆来吸引眼球。就为取这经，邻居卖房我总要去凑热闹的。最近2月，前后几条街有4座房子推出拍卖，可无一例外，全部在拍卖前sold。最快的这座星期一才挂出，星期四就卖了。不但免了拍卖，连一次inspection也免了。这市道是不是tmd疯了。
