利息涨了这么多次，怎么都会对房市有影响的。

举个例子，5%是原来能借100万，6%时就只能借80多万了。买家的购买能力减少了。买的人少了，选择余地不就大了？

当然，房价是不会轻易掉的。多数房东卖不到心理价位，就不卖了。除非大量失业，很多人被逼卖房。现在的经济形势，离这还很远。
